Romania tops the “A place in the sun” ranking

Romania is currently listed as one of the most attractive countries in the South Eastern Europe region for foreign investors. Many newspaper articles and TV shows confirm its potential. For example, the TV programme “A place in the sun” ranked Romania as the best country to invest in, with massive returns. According to the channel 4 website, investors are likely to gain a return of 414% when investing in Romanian properties.
