Land prices in Baneasa
Baneasa is one of the posh residential areas of Bucharest, located on the outskirts of the city. The land prices range from a minimum €75-85/m2 to €450/m2. Baneasa is to become one of the biggest inner-city projects of Europe, with plans to include spacious residential areas, commercial zones and a large Business &Technology Park (over 12ha).
