Land plots for sale in urban areas – Bucharest, Cluj, and Constanta
The asking price for land in urban areas varies between cities. As expected, the highest prices can be found in Bucharest. Due to its high potential for real estate investors, land prices in the Primaverii district (one of the most sought-after areas in the capital) can reach up to €3000/sqm. On second place is the city of Cluj (one of the largest cities in the region of Transilvania), where recently a plot of land was bought in the city centre for €1300/sqm. The third place is occupied by Constanta (the main city on the Romanian seaside), where land in a prime location can cost up to €800/sqm.
