Development project on the Romanian seaside
A new development project is taking off on the Romanian seaside. The €11mil project is located in one of the most sought-after resorts on the Romanian seaside, Olimp, populated over the summer season with the rich or/and famous. The company behind the project is Real Estate Development, and the construction company is Synergy Construct, based on a project put together by Simtech Pro.
The Sara Sea View project will include a block of 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom apartments, sized between 90-200 sqm. Next to the block, the development will also include a park, both built next to the Amfiteatru Hotel (which, itself, is seen as one of the most expensive accommodation options on the resort). No surprise therefore when mentioning the price – the apartments will go on sale for an average price of approximately €950/sqm. In order to link the project with the rest of the resort but to keep control of the property, the complex includes a fitness club, a restaurant, and a club, all available mainly for the occupants of the building
The project started in November 2006 and is likely to finish in the autumn of 2008.
