Property developments in Corbeanca

Corbeanca Forest Villa The village of Corbeanca has a very good geographical position, less than 5 miles north of Bucharest, far enough from the city craze but close enough for commuting, either by car (easy access to two major roads DN1 or DN 1A) or by bus (there is one bus service linking it to Bucharest). The past few years made it famous due to its location, which set it on a booming trend for property development. The image shows a CGI representation for one of the villas in the Corbeanca Forrest project, presented below.

There are several examples of ongoing residential development projects in Corbeanca. Among the smaller projects, the Magnolia complex should be mentioned. The development  includes 46 houses, positioned on 500sqm plots. The Corbeanca Forest can be listed under the larger projects category, with its 100 villas. Its construction started in July 2006 and is available on the market via the Eurisko agency. At the higher end, Oasis Park Villas includes 344 units, nearby the Corbeanca forest (not the above-mentioned project, but the actual forest, in case you are wondering).

The success of Corbeanca propagated to the surrounding area. Another property development, Natural Residence, is being currently built nearby Corbeanca, in the village Tamasi. The Tamasi complex will include a group of 20 houses. Each house will include a 223sqm over a ground floor and a first floor, including a 500sqm plot.  The average price of the house, according to the developer, will be €160,000+VAT. Considering the well known neighbourhood of Corbeanca, where prices have either already increased or are likely to increase in the near future, the complex represents one of the best offers in the area. The complex will have private access and is in close vicinity of the Corbeanca lake and Corbeanca forest.
