NewTown Residence development nearby Vitan Bucharest Mall
A large building complex, including 290 apartments and 27 duplexes, is currently being built in the Eastern part of the Bucharest, nearby the well-known area of Vitan Bucharest Mall and few kilometres away from the Piata Unirii. Hardwood floors, fully fitted kitchens (including all white goods), tiled bathrooms with white bathroom fittings, individual water, gas and electric meters, gas heating boiler, and 2m wide terraces are only a few of the features offered by the new city apartments planned to be build in NewTown Residence.
The NewTown Residence will be built in two phases; the first phase is due to be finalised in 2007. The deadline for the second phase completion is not currently specified. Each phase will include five buildings, two five-storey blocks and three 12-storey blocks.
Similar to other properties build recently in Bucharest, the NewTown Residence will be developed by Mivan and has CB Richard Ellis as exclusive agent. We have already mentioned Mivan in a previous post. CB Richard Ellis is a multinational commercial real estate agency which entered the Romanian market in September 2001. Other projects currently promoted by CB Richard Ellis include Liziera Residence and a complex of villas located north of the Mamaia seaside resort.
