Complex of villas in Balotesti
->
Balotesti is one of the satellite villages that will be integrated in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area. Although real estate development is still in the infancy in the area around Bucharest, more and more projects appear in green spots nearby the capital, and due to its position the village attracted the attention of the developers. The village has a privileged position, being nearby the Otopeni town but far enough (more than three miles) from the roar of the runways. Further, although within commuting distance from Bucharest (approximately 15 miles), the village feels remote enough from the Bucharest pollution.
Above you can see a computer generated image for one of the projects under development in Balotesti – a group of fourteen villas nearby the Cociovalistea Lake, all currently both under construction and…under offer. The complex includes four types of GF+1 villas, ranging between 268 and 415 sqm, plus a manager’s house and a porter’s lodge. As you can tell from mentioning the lodge, the development will include surveillance as well as, should the tenants be the sporty type, a tennis court and a swimming pool.
In case you’re wondering, on the right you have a CGI preview of what the cheapest type of villa will look like; although it looks quite good in the picture, it will also cost you about euro230,000, not a figure to neglect but, further, not an investment to ignore either. Further, should you want to go for the larger villas, totalling each 415 sqm, the price is not that much higher – less than euro285,000. Although it might sound a bit hefty for an overseas property, you are investing into luxury accommodation, targeting the upper class and, implicitly, higher selling and renting prices.
