Condominium - The first Romanian real estate fair focusing on apartments
Have you got anything planned for next week? If not, you might want to book a short trip to Bucharest. Pro Active Business Communication and Plus Media are organizing Condominium, the first Apartments Fair organized in Romania. According to the organizers, Condominium will be a real estate fair focusing mainly on apartments in the ongoing/newly developed residential projects from Romania.
The fair was prompted by the high interest expressed by both Romanian and foreign investors in the booming real estate industry from Romania, and will take place between February 15-18th, 2007 at World Trade Plaza in Bucharest. So far 28 companies announced their intention to participate and present their offers in terms of new property developments as well as, which is probably more important, possible financing routes.
During the fair, a press conference focusing on real estate will take place on 16th of February. The event appears to be a significant one for the Romanian real estate market, as over 100 participants – including developers, real estate agents, financing companies - confirmed their attendance. The main organiser of the conference is ARAI (Romanian Association of the Real Estate Agencies).
