Further details on the Condominium real estate fair in Bucharest
35 residential projects with a total of 4,000 apartments valued at €750million will be presented starting next Thursday (February 15th) in Bucharest at the first Romanian (apartments) real estate fair - Condominium. Two of the projects will be launched to the public for the first time during this fair.
Several well-known international and Romanian developers and real estate agents are present for the event such as Regatta, CBRE, Imact, Mister D, Triumf Construct, and Perla Crown Construction. However, Condominium is not limited to presenting real estate. Aside from its main focus, the fair brings together several Romanian banks, aiming to give an overview of the available mortgage market; you’ll find stands representing HVB Bank, BCR, and Finansbank. Also, to complete the investment, Condominium also includes a handful of interior design firms - Adama, Domus Stil, Mobexpert, and Zepter.
Most of the listed apartments at the World Trade Plaza Bucharest, the location of the fair, will be, as expected, from Bucharest. However, the organisers promised to list a number of seaside apartments as well as a few apartments from other major Romanian cities.
