The Evocasa block of flats brings a stylish look to the old Titan

Evocasa Titanium real estate project in Titan, BucharestTitan is a large area in Bucharest, whichever way you look at it. To begin with, there’s plenty of blocks built around 70s-80s, together with a couple of communist-style malls. Second, there’s a lake and a park, surrounded by several areas that used to be filled with endless rows of concrete/rusty metal/plastic/any other materials available garages, which provides potential investors with plenty of space for real estate developments. Thirdly, there are plenty of half-deserted sites with uncertain status that are likely to be reclaimed by their rightful owners in the near future, again ready for more blocks of flats. In this mixture of old and new, near the park and other future real estate projects, is the construction site for one of the latest developments in the area: Evocasa Titanium.

Evocasa Titanium real estate project - current statusEvocasa Titanium is a one-building project; the 11-storey high block of flats includes only 73 apartments, from studios to two-bedroom flats. In spite of the project being well-advanced (as shown in the picture), there are very few price details on any of the units. All the media articles mention the tranquillity of the area, praise the stylish look of the project…then move onto the profile of Adama (we mentioned earlier on another of their projects – Edenia) and that’s about it. All we could find so far were rumours on the Romanian real estate discussion forums about prices around €800-1000/sqm, but we’ll be back with further details as soon as they surface.
