Prices of flats and villas for the Tomis Plus seaside development
As promised in an earlier post, we have some more information on the Tomis Plus residential development.
For villas, the prices start from €700/sqm +VAT for the building and €200/sqm for land. Although the prices are rather attractive, bear in mind that we’re talking about large housing units: both the detached and semi-detached villas will have three or four bedrooms, an equal number of bathrooms, kitchen, a spacious living-rooms and terrace.
For those with less cash to part with, apartments might be a better choice. Although the prices are slightly higher, at approximately 800/sqm + VAT + parking space (at a price of €8000 + VAT per one underground parking space or €4000 + VAT per one ground floor parking space), the total amount of the investment is likely to be lower. To talk concrete figures, the studio flats will have surfaces between 42 and 64sqm (excluding terrace), the two bedroom apartments will measure between 64 and 78sqm, and the three bedroom flats will go as large as 114sqm (all excluding terraces).
